Are you an experienced AC Maintenance Technician? Do you have experience with property maintenance? If so, join our team as an AC Maintenance Technician at our unique 140-unit high-rise apartment community located directly off of the Capital Access Road in Baton Rouge, LA.
The person we are looking for will be a highly skilled technician who pays attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a background in property maintenance and will have a license to work with refrigerant.

Technicians joining our team should have:
- Experience with repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances
- EPA Section 608 certified to work with refrigerants (we can test and certify you if needed)
- Tools and reliable transportation; and, a valid driver's license (we can assist with tools purchase if needed)
- The ability to work in an on-call rotation for emergency calls
What you will do as a Maintenance Technician on our Team:
- Provide our residents with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair services in a friendly, courteous and expedient manner
- Prepare vacant apartments for new resident move-ins
- Participate in an on-call rotation with other maintenance technicians for emergency after-hours calls
- Complete required paperwork such as inventory logs, service tickets and daily recap sheets

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
