• Lead the onboarding process for seamless integration of new agents.

Team Building and Leadership:

• Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and excellence.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to enhance agent skills and productivity.
• Execute training programs to elevate team performance.

Agent Success and Productivity:

• Establish performance metrics and goals to drive agent success.
• Provide personalized coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance.
• Utilize technology and tools to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.

Business Development:

• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute growth strategies.
• Identify opportunities to expand market share and increase profitability.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a successful Real Estate Team Leader.
• Strong track record of recruiting and retaining high-performing agents.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of real estate market trends and industry best practices.
• Ability to develop and execute effective business strategies.
