** Job Overview **

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. You will be part of a servant leadership culture. Founded in 2003, we are at the forefront of autonomous/operator driven material handling equipment, engineered storage systems, and commercial door & dock solutions in Southern California. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with sales administration, collaboration with team members, and account management.

We are looking for a person that meets and/or exceeds these 2 key areas of our business.

** Experience **

  • Ideally is bi-lingual and can speak Mandarin and English.
  • Have worked with the Hubspot CRM tool. This tool is used for prospect and customer sales opportunity progression. Skillsets with this tool for marketing and collaboration with sales is crucial. Salesforce or CRM like experience could be a plus.
  • Have worked with Zoominfo or an equivalent tool to discover new opportunities is a plus.
  • Industrial parts or equipment sale coordination: 1 year (preferred).
  • College degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Google Suite applications experience.
  • Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside County familiarity is a plus.

** Duties **

  • Provide exceptional prospect/customer insights to our solutions through incoming calls, digital leads and occasional customer visits.
  • Assist in qualifying opportunities to build new customer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in Hubspot.
  • Meet certain task goals weekly/monthly.
  • Communicate mechanical capabilities of equipment via phone, email, and meetings.
  • Prepare quotes with an automated tool and update a collaboration tool.
  • Consistently meet expectations through teamwork, respect, and support from others.
  • Support strategies from the Sales & Marketing Director for the sales team.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
