Company Culture:

Position:

We are seeking an energized, positive thinker to provide comprehensive psychological evaluations. This is a flexible part-time position with competitive pay 1099 contractor position with 60% payout with the potential for higher payout.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs psychological evaluations to a wide range of individuals in high school and are adults
  • Analyze findings and writes comprehensive reports detailing evaluation results and recommendations that include treatment options and plans
  • Administer instruments, such as IQ assessments, achievement tests, and various tests to evaluate specific psychological conditions (WAIS, WJ-IV, MMPI, etc)
  • Diagnose conditions based evaluation results
  • Work with a wide range of individuals to determine recommendations
  • Provide counseling and interpretation of evaluations, if needed
  • Ensures reports and notes are completed within three-days of service
  • Uses a database to enter intake notes, progress notes, evaluations, and client updates
  • Review client records
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Other duties assigned

Qualifications

Skills:

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to write clear and concise progress notes and reports
  • Excellent communication and advocacy skills
  • Basic computer competencies with the ability to use Microsoft Office and electronic documentation database
  • Able to administer and score psychometric instruments and evaluations
  • Able to manage time effectively

Experience and Educational Requirements:

Required:

  • Hold a doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D) in clinical psychology from an accredited institution
  • Florida license - psychologist
  • May consider licensed school psychologist
  • Experience administering intellectual, academic, autism screening, and other instruments is required
  • Minimum 1-year experience

Additional:

  • Experience working with adolescents and adults is a plus
  • Experience in vocational rehabilitation is a plus
  • Proficient computer competencies
  • Quiet workspace for remote appointments
  • Ability to write clear and concise reports and recommendations
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Comfortable traveling throughout Central Florida is a plus
