Maintenance Manager
Description:
1904 Group's Maintenance Manager will manage day-to-day maintenance requests and unit turnover on our multifamily projects. We are seeking a full-time professional responsible for maintaining and enhancing the value of our apartments. A successful Maintenance Manager will provide excellent customer to our residents.
Requirements:
5-10 years in construction, facilities or apartment management.
2 years of trade school specializing in HVAC, plumbing, electric or appliance repair OR 5 years experience in a building maintenance position.
Valid Driver's License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
