Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fine Dining Server to join our team. As a Fine Dining Server, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests. Your attention to detail, knowledge of the food industry, and ability to deliver outstanding guest services will contribute to the success of our fine dining establishment. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a timely and professional manner - Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages - Take accurate food and drink orders from guests - Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals - Serve food and beverages to guests with precision and attention to detail - Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues - Process payments using cash handling procedures - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas - Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service Skills: - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations - Knowledge of the food industry, including familiarity with different cuisines and ingredients - Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Basic math skills for accurately processing payments and making change - Culinary knowledge to answer guest questions about menu items - Proficient in safe food handling practices - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Ability to provide exceptional guest services while maintaining composure under pressure We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
