We're looking for a Sales Associate for our Stuart, FL location. This role is perfect for ambitious and driven individuals who enjoy working in a high-performance environment and have an eye for interior design. While sales experience is preferred, we are willing to train anyone with the right attitude.

Work Schedule:

- Normal shifts are between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM

- Saturdays are required

- 2 Sundays a month are required

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Consult with a wide range of customers, including homeowners, builders, and designers to assist in the purchase of lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, accent furniture, and other home décor.
• Develop strong sales skills and enhanced product knowledge to become a subject matter expert.
• Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, and be willing to develop these abilities.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills and strong multi-tasking skills.
• Two (2) year of previous retail sales experience or related experience preferred.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing preferred.
