Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Representative at 1800Bizfund.com, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by effectively selling our range of financial products including Merchant Cash Advance, Business Loans, and Credit Lines. This is a dynamic role that requires a proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking to identify potential clients in need of financial solutions.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific funding requirements and financial goals of prospective clients.
  • Present and explain our range of financial products, highlighting the benefits and value proposition to meet the needs of clients.
  • Effectively manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, serving as a trusted advisor throughout their financial journey.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and management to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and pipeline management using CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Must have a strong understanding of Merchant Cash Advance, Business Loans, and Credit Lines, with the ability to effectively communicate the features and benefits to clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Must be comfortable working on a 1099 Contractor basis with competitive uncapped commissions.
