Finance Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial strategic planning of the company by evaluating its performance and potential risks.
• Oversee cash flow management, including regular cash flow and budget to actual reporting. ● Manage the annual budget process.
• Perform regular financial analysis and report on that analysis on a quarterly basis.
• Develop budgets that meet the requirements of company departments.
• Provide budget training to Program Directors.
• Establish targets and manage all accounting and finance employees including management accountants and internal auditors..
• Assist in the recruitment of Finance Department staff.
• Work with external auditors to provide all records, schedules, reports and information needed for the annual financial audit, and to ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and FASB Accounting Standards
• Supervise all audit and internal control processes.
• Develop, improve and document all internal finance policies and procedures.
• Prepare and provide detailed monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports on the company’s financial performance for board presentations.
• Guarantee compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
• Recognize patterns in company spending, revenue, and recommend solutions to any problem areas.
• Coordinate with external financial entities on behalf of the company.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Payroll Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversees payroll processes and procedures for routine processing, tax reporting, and internal financial requirements.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting.
• Bilingual or multilingual a plus
• A minimum of 5 years of experience
• Excellent oral, writing, and listening skills
• Google and Microsoft Suite experience

Pay: $79,469.15 - $120,000.00 per year
