As the IT Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing our organization's IT systems and processes. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, implementing new technologies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our network. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
IT Infrastructure Management:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the reliability and security of systems and processes
  • Manage and maintain networking infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements
  • Facilitate seamless integration and functionality of POS Systems (Toast) and scheduling systems (7Shifts) within the organization's IT infrastructure
  • Manage logins and passwords company-wide
Hardware and Software Management:
  • Maintain and upgrade hardware, including servers, workstations, and other IT equipment
  • Oversee software installations, updates, and licensing compliance
  • Oversee websites of all locations in tandem with locations and outside vendors
Security and Compliance:
  • Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect the organization's data and systems
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Vendor Management and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess technology needs and requirements
  • Engage and coordinate with third-party IT vendor to procure services and products
  • Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts for cost-effective solutions
  • Ensure seamless integration and functionality of external IT solutions within the organization's infrastructure
  • Manage and schedule on-site help when necessary
Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Assess emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
User Support:
  • Oversee user support services, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
  • Establish and maintain IT support documentation and knowledge base
  • Onsite support on location, as necessary
About You:
  • 5 of experience in IT operations and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Experience with and understanding of the music venue, hospitality, and live events industries is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and security protocols
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging technologies
  • Proficiency in managing Google Suite Business Accounts
  • Knowledge of POS Systems
