Kearns Restaurant group is looking to expand our team! Join our restaurant group, with 8 locations in Southwest Florida. With multiple positions available we are looking for qualified individuals to be an integral part of our group. Time management, organization and communication is essential as well as a background of restaurant manager experience. We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing and will maintain a professional demeanor while maintaining company standards.

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience preferred
General understanding of operations of restaurants and nightclubs
Supervise work at all levels and set clear goals / objectives
Ability to operate Point of Sale system (Aloha)
Computer proficient with the ability to learn other programs
Inspect facilities for safety compliance and maintenance needs
Communicate with vendors and other service providers as a brand ambassador
Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure
Coach and develop team members to ensure the best hospitality service
Maximize profit and revenue
Knowledge of food & beverage inventory, ordering and cost of goods
