128 CRE is a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Advisory firm located in Newton, MA. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Investment Sales Advisor.

The Investment Sales Advisor role will play a crucial part in assisting team members with a diverse set of tasks. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, investment sales analysis, marketing coordination, business development, client tracking, database management, and closing administration. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks in the office as well as on the road, working on a wide range of broker-related responsibilities and growing our Investment Sales presence in the market.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum of two (2) years of business experience

· Salespersons/brokers licenses or ability to promptly obtain one

· Experience with the full suite of Microsoft Office products

· Familiarity with Salesforce preferred

· Organized, thoughtful and strategic in task management

· Attention to detail

· Team-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
