Christ Hospital Neurosurgery is recruiting for a Physician Assistant to join one of the Top Neuroscience Programs in the state of Illinois. Must desire working nights in an autonomous work environment and be motivated to learn from multiple providers Will work with a large collaborative team composed of 5 attendings 13 surgical PAs and Neurosurgery residents Perform medical services overnight on weekdays and weekends for Neurosurgical and Neurointerventional patients in support of the medical plan and follow up care needs Serve as First Assist in the OR when necessary Assist with coding and billing compliance Participate in clinical integration and quality management Three-12 hour shifts per week Position Requirements: Master's Degree or equivalent as a Physician Assistant effective January 1 2018, 1 year PA experience in the relevant setting preferred Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
