Duties:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline
- Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards
- Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues or concerns
- Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Prolog) and Civil 3D
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively lead a team and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of construction estimating and contract management
