Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Spray Foam Applicator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for applying spray foam insulation with precision and expertise. This role requires a high level of proficiency in spray foam application techniques, as well as a strong dedication to safety protocols and quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply spray foam insulation (open and closed cell) in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.

- Operate and maintain spray foam equipment and tools.

- Assist with installation of rigid wallboard and fiberglass batts.

- Ensure worksite safety by adhering to established safety protocols and guidelines.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members.

Requirements:

- Valid Applicator License (required)

- Valid Driver's License (required)

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in spray foam insulation application (negotiable)

- Demonstrated proficiency in spray foam application techniques

- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Dedication to safety and adherence to safety protocols

- Physical stamina and ability to work in various environmental conditions
