Responsibilities 

• Keeping machine serviced and ready to operate on time daily. 
• Conduct tooling changes, as scheduled, to maintain quality welds. 
• Conduct quality checks on welded parts to ensure customer satisfaction is continually being maintained. 
• Provide quality inspection on incoming and outgoing parts. 
• Keep the area clean and organized. 
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor. 

Skills

• Must have good people skills and professional attitude. 
• Ability to communicate with supervisor and team members with a positive attitude. 
• High sense of urgency with an understanding of how to prioritize situations for the best possible outcome.
• Responsible, dedicated, and prompt. 
• Basic computer skills. Enter data into spreadsheets and computer programs.
• Basic mechanical skills. Basic understanding of machinery and good competency with hand tools.
• Ability to drive a forklift and load/unload trucks. We will train if needed. 
• Experience working in ISO9000 certified environment is desired, but not a requirement.
