Location: #LI-Hybrid About the Role: The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is looking for a versatile Procurement Analyst II to report to Addison Bradley who will service as a member of the sourcing team within Procurement. influence their team and specialist peers within the Bank. Your decisions impact the work assigned to team members and the allocation of resources. You will have frequent contact with Legal staff, Bank management, and internal user departments, as well as participate in external activities related to Procurement. You will be based in Dallas, TX. You Will: Be responsible for all aspects of the procurement proposal process including: assembling project teams, drafting proposals, negotiating with vendors, awarding contracts, monitoring contract progress and conflict resolution. Build and manage internal customer relationships and satisfaction to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Ensure contract agreements comply with established Bank policies and procedures. Select and recommend supplies based on evaluation of price, deliver and quality consistent with Bank requirements. Manage individual workload and contract expirations to ensure current insurance and wage determination records.
