11105 Expedia, Inc. is Hiring a Senior Benefits Specialist Near Seattle Campus, WA

Senior Benefits Specialist As a part of Expedia Group’s global benefits team, you are key member responsible for the daily delivery of Expedia Group’s benefit programs and initiatives. This role will assist in the administration of all benefits and retirement programs including health and wellbeing administration; related employee and people team support; location(s) event support; and vendor management. What you'll do: Support employee, People Team, and management benefits inquiries and related administration Coordinate and understand benefits system, helping to optimize the experience for the team and our diverse employee population Assist with 401k corrections and updates Coordinate US onsite benefit events and initiatives including well-being and health management events such as biometrics and flu shots, retirement workshops across locations; liaison between People Team/locations and third-party vendors as needed Coordinate and maintain non-US benefits processes and documentation; implement improvements to process and documentation where appropriate Collaborate closely between employees and benefits vendors; identify and implement opportunities for integration across programs; trend, communicate, and address issues as appropriate Support automated and manual benefits processes Support Annual Enrollment project and benefit plan year transition Support benefits programs and renewals processes including related activities for LATAM region Facilitate Benefits presentations for new employees Provide department benefits administration employee support Provide necessary reports to support data analysis, metrics Who you are: Minimum 5 years benefits administration experience in a fast paced/changing and fast-growing environment Able to coordinate and execute initiatives, and manage programs and suppliers Demonstrates a high level of employee service and support Experience with Workday systems and a strong technical orientation is helpful Oriented toward process improvement Able to craft sharp, concise employee facing benefits communications and self-service documentation Organized approach to working in a multi-task position with excellent attention to detail A wordsmith travel enthusiast who can spot a spelling mistake a mile away An ability to adapt to a wide variety of working environments and deadlines Ability to work both independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communication; strong written communication and employee face-to-face communication #LI-IVEY At Expedia Group, we believe in bringing people together and creating an inclusive workplace where everyone belongs and can do their best work.
