ROLE SUMMARY: The CRM Analyst will be required to measure, analyze, and develop insights from CRM performance data, help implement data-health strategies, create audience segments from first- and third-party systems, and manage processes around data privacy and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM systems and database management and be able to translate complex data into actionable insights that can inform business decisions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with stakeholders and project team leaders to create audience segments that support brand campaigns, promotions, and activations. Activate segments from CDP to end destinations as requested / required by Audience Strategy & CRM teams. Coordinate data connections with between marketing teams, internal data support teams, and third-party technologies to ensure data capture. Analyze and report CRM performance data back to marketing teams to help drive business decisions and increase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Assist in providing monthly recap reports to marketing and other areas of the business. (Reports include email metrics, sales, user acquisition, demographics, etc.) Help support business objectives and strategies related to data collection, data health, and other functions that rely on data for execution. Help standup & build SFMC cloud pages (data collection forms) for CRM Web team; Monitor data flowing into data extensions tied to cloud pages Monitor all dashboards (Email Metrics, Email Performance, Email Revenue, Targets) for CRM team (US brands Canada Brands) Monitor Data Flows inside and outside SFMC, CDP, BQ, etc. Identify and Flag Issues across SFMC, CDP (L3, L1,L0), BQ, Shopify, SessionM, etc.·Own data ingestions of legacy data for new brands in CDP & SFMC Respond in timely manner to Data Privacy Alerts (manual unsubscribes from CCI, Phones, emails, and other sources) Partner with internal data engineers, compliance managers, and legal counsel to govern data privacy and compliance. Enable tracking, audience development & utilization queue for CRM segment development Oversee usage levels across audiences and / or IDs enabling CRM frequency estimates Oversee layers of the CDP, making sure our kitchen is organized in a manner conducive to optimal audience creation Ensure data availability of necessary attributes, fields or event tracking across owned properties, email blasts, Rewards etc. for audience creation Work on framework development for audience recommendations / available audiences for personalized journey development by brand and/or initiative Track segment activation through platform arrival and scaling to ensure segments have transferred appropriately. Dissect and query against activations to understand issues in platform connectivity segment arrival. Partner with internal data teams to ensure appropriate integrations are enabled for data activation and remediated when issues arise. Develop testing strategies and reporting, proactively monitoring and analyzing key CRM metrics to identify and implement opportunities for continuous campaign optimization. Work with Fusion, Alchemy, and Global Team to investigate, identify, resolve data issues across multiple platforms Drive data additions, deletions, out of CDP, SFMC, BQ, SessionM, Shopify, Litmus, etc. Query, Pull, and Create Ad-Hoc Analytics from CDP, SFMC, BQ, Limtis, Shopify, etc. to help increase and gain knowledge and exposure regarding data connections, configurations, mapping for team JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, computer science, or a related field 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other programming languages a plus WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH: Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
