Enterprise Apps Software Developer Overview

This is an in-office position with a compensation range from $85,000-$100,000 plus bonus and exceptional benefits. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship. We do not typically sponsor H1-B or any other work visa petitions.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a member of a project team on a variety of development projects.

• Work with team members and business partners to determine project requirements and enhancements based on business and user needs.

• Develop applications and creative solutions based on project requirements.

• Assign tasks to junior developers and provide technical guidance and oversight.

• Create requirements, user stories, and work items consistent with business partners’ needs.

• Provide quality assurance/quality control and participate in code reviews.

• Apply bug fixes and enhancements to existing solutions.

• Implement and support applications post-deployment.

• Quickly evaluate bugs and apply hot fixes to resolve issues.

• Research new and innovative development technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Information Technology/Systems, Computer Science, or related field

• 4 years of related work experience or internship(s), preferred.

• Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Technical Experience

• Full stack web development experience building applications with Angular or Blazor, and .NET Web APIs

• Common software design patterns (MVC)

• Relational database (Microsoft SQL preferred)

• Azure Cloud application development

• Responsive website design using Bootstrap.

• Experience with Telerik components and libraries is a plus.

• Experience with customizing engineering design software (AutoCAD) is a plus.

• NoSQL database experience is a plus.
