We are looking for a Tech Lead Manager based in San Jose to be responsible for leading the Engineering team in the US and globally.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for back end business and tech planning, architecture design, cross-team collaboration and engineer management. You will have the opportunity to partner closely with globalized engineering and product teams in a high-impact and fast-paced environment.

• Build and Lead the our client's Engineering team in the US
• Set the product vision and strategy with product and business teams, and oversee the engineering roadmap.
• Effectively scale the engineering team by attracting and mentoring extraordinary people at various experience levels to grow a high performing and diverse team.

- Manage project priorities and product deliveries. Drive technical initiatives from execution toward delivery - Build the productive R&D process.

• Hands-on in the architecture design and building team engineering best practices.
