Job Title: Registered Nurse Home Health
Job Location: Houston, TX
Job Type: Contract - 8 Weeks (possibility of extension)
Job Duties:
- Administering medication to patients.
- Creating reports to track the patients' progress.
- Working with other professionals to create treatment plans.
- Cleaning and re-dressing wounds if needed.
- Measuring vital signs.
- Monitoring changes in behavior and progress.
Job Requirements:
- Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years
- HCHB and OASIS experience required
- HCHB strongly preferred
- BLS Certification
- RN License
Schedule:
- Day Shift
- 8 Hours Shift
- Monday - Friday
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $46.00 - $48.00 per hour
Standard shift:
- Day shift
Weekly schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Home health within the past 3 years.: 1 year (Required)
- OASIS: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Required)
- RN License (Required)
