Job Title: MRI Technologist

Job Location: Wichita, KS 67214

Job Type: Contract

Job Duties:

• Perform high-quality images of MRI examinations using scanners.
• Perform MRI, ensuring that patients meet safety requirements.
• Pre-screen patients and review any contraindications for the exam, including implants, metallic devices, or any other foreign objects that would prohibit or modify the exam.
• Answer questions concerning the exam and IV contrast media, ensure GFR levels are normal before injecting any contrast media, and observe the patient for adverse reactions.
• Select the proper scanning coils and set the proper acquisition parameters for patients.
• Review physician orders for accuracy, diagnosis, and applicability to the MRI protocol.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience as MRI Tech
• ARRT (MR) Certification
• BLS

Schedule:

• Night Shift
• 11 PM - 7AM

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $58.00 - $60.00 per hour

Schedule:
