Job Duties:
- Providing one-on-one skilled nursing care and treatment to patients in their home
- Monitoring patients’ vital signs, health, and overall condition
- Changing bandages, wound dressings, and catheters
- Helping patients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Assisting with tests and procedures
- Using and maintaining home medical equipment and supplies
- Educating patients and their family members on proper home care
- Transporting patients to and from medical appointments
Job Requirements:
- 1 Year of LPN Home health experience - Required.
- BLS - Required
Schedule:
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
