We are open to supporting 100% remote work anywhere within the U.S. Position Overview: We're looking for a Senior ServiceNow Architect to support our clients in integrating HR systems onto the ServiceNow platform. This role is crucial within the development team, overseeing ServiceNow HRSD platform implementation, technical strategy, and external system integration. Your main responsibilities include understanding project technical guidelines, guiding development teams towards best practices, and aligning the ServiceNow application with stakeholder business needs. As an architect, you'll collaborate with development and IT partners to build, document, and test ServiceNow HRSD, providing continuous technical feedback to the development team. This role serves as a bridge between technical teams and the client’s IT community, gathering, clarifying, and translating IT requirements into documentation and conceptual design.
