Home Based, US As a Sales Operations Analyst for Parexel you will be responsible for creating a competitive edge in winning projects for Parexel. You will assess and develop strategy to ensure effective and consistent approach to the proposals and bid pursuits to be competitive within the marketplace. Initiate, conduct, coordinate, analyze ongoing customer engagements and feed this information back into Commercial and Delivery. Accountabilities: Develop and execute Sales Operations activities that are aligned with SBU, Departmental, & Corporate strategies. Develop the necessary processes to ensure the timely delivery of current and future actionable information to Management. Work closely with the Business Development, Marketing, Finance and Operations to identify and understand trends, business needs and sales data that will assist in meeting the organization’s business goals. As projects hit the last patient in (LPI) milestone you will be responsible for documenting the challenges and lessons learned and communicate them to Commercial and Delivery. Monitor and refine data/information collection processes to increase productivity through continuous improvement metrics.
