We are a local, family owned, small business that cares deeply about helping other families create a safe environment in their home or in the home of their loved ones. We do that by responding quickly, telling the truth, following through and being well trained on the equipment we support.

In short, we sell, install and maintain mobility and accessibility equipment in the home. The core of our business is selling, servicing, installing and renting great quality stairlifts, wheelchair ramps, grab bars, elevator style lifts and other lifts or safety devices for the home.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling appointments efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

**Duties:**

- Communicate with clients to schedule appointments

- Conduct outbound calling to confirm and reschedule appointments

- Analyze scheduling data to optimize appointment booking

- Utilize phone etiquette and sales techniques to upsell services

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

**Requirements:**

- Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus

- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction

- Experience in outbound calling and sales preferred

- Excellent data entry skills for maintaining accurate records

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices

- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
