Qualifications

• Must be open to work 11 AM- 7 PM.
• Prior experience in PLC operations and control of complex systems
• Experience as a Machine Operator or a Machine Technician.
• Experience in supervising or managing team members helpful.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically working with Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle changing priorities and use of good judgment.
• Interest in a long-term career opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for continuous equipment operation to process product according to schedule.
• Develop schedule with other technicians to manage equipment operation across multiple shifts/runs.
• Identify critical control points in the process. Identify procedures to ensure continuous operation.
• Forecast powder production and adjust plant schedule to stay ahead of inbound loads.
• Prepare product for outbound shipment, including sampling, inventory, and labeling
• Develop and document cGMP’s related to drying operations.
• Troubleshoot all mechanical issues and repair as needed to ensure optimal uptime.
• Complete all preventative maintenance schedules as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
