As a Quality Auditor, you audit systems and processes as they relate to our Quality program. You play a key role in assuring the Plant City site achieves the highest quality performance. We Offer Set Schedules: 12-hour shifts & a rotating 2-week standard schedule of 3 days, then 4 days is 15 working days a month as a full-time associate! You Will Collect and analyze data from a wide variety of sources, including observation, measures, reports and other documents, to evaluate adherence to quality standards. Report findings to department and site leaders regarding non-conformance and improvement opportunities focused on achieving quality, reliability, scrap and safety goals. Maintain documentation of audit activities & findings. Review & evaluate corrective action plans, working with teams to make any changes to strengthen the plan Utilize SAP hold system, as needed. You Have Ability to work the following schedule: 6:45pm - 7:15am on a 2-3-2 rotating schedule High school diploma, GED or equivalent. Associate’s degree is preferred.
