About the role: NortonLifeLock is looking for a digital marketer with the ability to lead the execution of large, global initiatives that positively impact customer engagement and retention. The Customer Success Management (CSM) team is responsible for the overall business success of our relationship with our existing customers, and this role would play a key component in that success. The ideal candidate must be able to work cross-functionally and within the CSM team to plan and execute global campaigns that increase customer engagement with their subscribed product and/or service and reduce customer churn. The ideal candidate must be a creative problem solver who can manage multiple initiatives and is able to work cross-functionally to execute them. Strong interpersonal skills are a must. This role will require an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, results-driven, and has an unwavering “make it happen” attitude. The ability to learn the technical solutions and adapt to changing requirements are keys to success in this role. Responsibilities: Partner with the Global Strategic Leads to establish and plan customer engagement and retention program initiatives Develop, optimize, and drive execution of initiatives across several markets and languages in coordination with Territory, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Reporting, Customer Support, and other teams Manage large projects and campaigns, including new offers, product launches, and seasonal campaigns Track critical KPIs and report on positive progress or roadblocks as they arise Identify unmet customer needs and optimization in current experience and craft a solution to fulfill that need in service of business KPIs Follow the mental model of Data to Information, Information to Insights, and Insights to Action in order to make informed decisions about engagement and retention program initiatives using strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and critical decision-making Present progress and performance of projects and initiatives Qualifications: Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to drive efforts from ideation to completion Good analytical understanding of data and ability to navigate and interpret dashboards for trending, reporting, forecasting, etc. Curious and analytical mind to learn subscription business and to use data to guide decisions Familiarity with basic concepts of digital marketing/e-commerce conversion rate optimization, design, A/B testing, and use of dashboards to analyze data Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills are a must Candidate must be proficient with Excel and PowerPoint Understanding of consumer subscription business and/or digital marketing preferred Experience in Analytics and/or Project Management desired Education/Experience: BA/BS degree in marketing or related field 2-3 years of digital/marketing/CSM experience NortonLifeLock is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
