We are seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor to join our team as the Multnomah Wraparound Supervisor and lead our Wraparound Care Coordinators. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Wraparound Team in their day-to-day work, ensuring that we provide high-quality services to the diverse populations we serve. As the Multnomah Wraparound Supervisor, duties will include: Leadership: Function as part of the county, departmental, and division management structure, attending and participating in various meetings, training sessions, and activities. Analyze and evaluate program outcomes, and participate in county-level committees and cross-organizational teams. Human Resources: Oversee hiring and orientation processes for new staff, conduct employee evaluations, and provide disciplinary action when necessary. Develop and organize staff training to ensure adherence to best practices and quality improvement. Program Partnership: Collaborate with other leaders to provide administrative oversight of the Multnomah Wraparound Unit's program, including program development, reporting, and customer satisfaction evaluations. Develop strategic community outreach plans and oversee adherence to regulations and best practices. Program Management: Provide individual and team-based administrative and clinical supervision to the Multnomah Wraparound Team, ensuring quality care to youth and families, compliance with policies and procedures, and professional development. TO QUALIFY: We will consider any combination of relevant work experience, volunteering, education, and transferable skills as qualifying unless an item or section is labeled required. Minimum Qualifications/Transferable Skills*: Education/Certification: Master's degree from an accredited college or university in the mental health field with major coursework in social science, or a related field demonstrating the capacity for the required knowledge and skills to meet provider Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-C) credentialing requirements as required by Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) and the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO) - more information can be found at MHACBO website, and/or licensed Board of Oregon (LPC, LCSW, PhD, etc.) See qualified degrees listed below: Graduate degree in psychology. Graduate degree in social work. Graduate degree in a behavioral science field. Experience/Certification: Three (3) to six (6) years of experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Clinical supervisors/managers in mental health programs shall meet QMHP-C requirements and have completed two (2) years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting. Other: This position requires a background investigation, which may include being fingerprinted. Ability to identify and deconstruct unnecessary administrative and clinical barriers that impact communities of color and marginalized groups. Ability to promote a culture of respect, inclusiveness, and appreciation of diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and values. Ability to collaborate effectively across differences and build relationships to achieve positive work outcomes.
