Your primary responsibilities would include: Conceptualize, develop, and implement reporting solutions using business intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.). Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan new business intelligence projects or modifications to existing ones. Collaborate with units throughout the Sheriff’s Office to translate business needs into analytic and reporting strategies that enable data-informed decision making; conduct requirements gathering. Fully automate reporting deliverables using various technologies including scheduled jobs, database objects, file transfers, and web services. Research and document solutions to potential data quality issues; perform data audits, reviews, and validation to ensure data integrity. Provide technical support and assistance to users; develop and deliver training; troubleshoot issues and resolve problems; track issues and document solutions. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience providing Tableau Server administration (managing users, subscriptions, published data sources).
