As the Global Seller Experience (GSX) Business Process Expert, you will play a key role in driving process and technology innovation. Collaborating with business partners, sales leaders, and executives, you will align sales processes with business goals. Your responsibilities include data-driven decision-making, process analysis, operational excellence, and team collaboration. You will work closely with Sales requirements, lead cross-functional projects, and ensure continuous improvement of Account and Territory Management. Roles and Responsibilities: Strategic Alignment: * Serve as a key authority and trusted adviser to business partners in the areas of Account Management, Territory Management, and Sales Productivity Tools. * Align sales processes with the broader business goals, ensuring they tie back to the objectives of the entire organization. * Partner with Change and Content Management, including Global Enablement, to ensure storytelling for Sellers aligns with overall process and tool expectations. * Align the Jobs to Be Done (JTBD), Global Standards, Sales Methodology, and Sales Productivity Tools to the Account & Territory Domain for ongoing evolution and maintenance within Confluence content repository (SOPs & Process Maps). Process Analysis and Optimization: * Analyze process gaps across regions and market segments, advocating for Sales requirements in enterprise-wide projects. * Build and govern documentation of all sales process Best Practices (Standards, Process Maps, etc) * Define the North Star Vision for Future State Transformation and align team members on the vision. * Aid in driving global alignment across requests, strategies, and corporate initiatives. * Conduct industry standard methodology research to drive planning and execution on key projects. Data-Driven Decision Making: * Build data-driven decision-making frameworks, aligning metrics with key ownership areas (Account & Territory Management). * Drive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key stakeholders against the roadmap and delivery. Project Leadership and Collaboration: * Handoff and partner with both Business and Technology teams (including TMP) to develop project requirements, solutions, and design reviews. * Provide Project Health and Status updates against projects, serving as the decision-maker for new project requests based on business understanding. * Advocate for Sales requirements and present Sales Point of View across enterprise-wide projects, spanning current state and future state vision. * Prioritize and communicate new requests against the roadmap. Team Leadership: * Lead a team of Subject Matter Authorities to implement key results of the roadmap across GSX Priorities and Company Priorities. Required Skills/Experience: * Leadership Skills: Tried ability to lead and mentor a group of individuals, providing guidance and encouraging a collaborative and successful work environment. * Strategic Vision: Apply industry knowledge to drive strategic vision, aligning the team with overarching business objectives. * Team member Management: Demonstrate strong partner leadership skills, effectively leading multiple business partners across teams simultaneously. * Communication and Influence: Proficient in communication with the ability to influence multiple layers of organizations, ensuring detailed collaboration and understanding. * Results Orientation: Exhibit a strong results orientation with a strong record of outstanding execution and meticulous attention to detail in business process design and optimization. * Sales Processes Expertise: In-depth experience with Sales processes and systems, specifically Territory & Account Management, to efficiently drive operational excellence. * Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to make informed decisions based on data, using data-driven decision-making processes to guide critical initiatives. * Project Management: Consistent record of successfully driving technology projects at scale globally, with certification in Salesforce.com considered a significant advantage. * Content Creation: Proficient in crafting comprehensive content related to the Account & Territory Domain, facilitating effective communication and understanding. * Team Leadership: Strong ability to lead a team of Subject Matter Authorities, ensuring the successful execution of key results aligned with GSX Priorities and Company Priorities.
