Your Impact The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to: Planning staff accordingly based on needs and productivity. Establish short term individual/departmental goals. Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department. Periodically prepare reports for senior management as necessary or requested to track goals and accomplishments. Maintain employee safety training. Address safety concerns injuries & PIT incidents Who You Are Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Acting as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance and consistency and taking corrective action when needed. We’d love to hear from people with Leading and developing a team of frontline Supervisors, Operations Leads, and hourly associates through the Deckers principals. Mentoring, training, and developing teammates for career progression, performance improvement, and recognition. Creating, communicating, and maintaining processes and standard work procedures to supervisors and associates. Proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives using “lean” tools. Building and delivering productivity plans by reviewing work forecast determining productivity requirements and partnering with other area leaders to balance labor. Partnering with other leaders to share best practices. Support all safety OSHA compliance to ensure areas are a safe working conditions for ALL associates. Plan, coordinate, and delegate when projects are needed to meet deadlines. Support in areas that may impact your department to provide better methods instead of creating silos. Will require extended work schedule and weekends, along with contacting after hours. Executes daily inventory analysis; identifies and resolves discrepancies and problems. Oversees stock item master, identifying incorrect descriptions and stock numbers. Maintain quality assurance standards. Perform Month, Quarterly, and Annual inventory audits. Salary Range: $90-110k CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: A Bachelor’s degree or Associates Degree in Business or related field; Or 3-5 years related experience; Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
