10 Federal Partners is Hiring a Remote Regional Director (Remote in Texas)

10 Federal Storage is a rapidly growing self-storage real estate investment and management company committed to providing exceptional storage solutions to customers nationwide. With a focus on innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, we strive to maintain and elevate industry standards.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director to oversee the management and operations of multiple self-storage facilities across the United States. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of property management practices, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The Regional Director will be responsible for leading a team of Property Operations Technicians, Senior Account Managers, and Account Managers to ensure the successful operation of each facility within their assigned region.
*This position is Remote within the Austin, San Antonio, Texas area*

Responsibilities:*
Leadership and Team Management:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to Property Operations Technicians, Senior Account Managers, and Account Managers.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth and development.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Operational Oversight:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple self-storage facilities within the assigned region.
  • Develop and implement standardized operating procedures to optimize efficiency and consistency across all properties.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and financial indicators to evaluate the performance of each facility.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Ensure that all team members deliver exceptional customer service to tenants and address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience and drive tenant satisfaction.

Financial Management:

  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts for each facility.
  • Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary goals.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs while maintaining operational excellence.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure that all facilities comply with federal, state, and local regulations governing self-storage operations.
  • Implement risk management strategies to minimize liabilities and protect company assets.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:*

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, in a leadership role overseeing multiple self-storage facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of self-storage industry practices and trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
