As a Power Generator Technician with 1 Resource Group, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing power generators to ensure they are functioning properly.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine inspections of power generators to identify any technical issues or necessary maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with power generators, identifying the root cause and determining the best course of action for repair.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on power generators, including oil changes, filter replacements, and general cleaning.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on power generators.
  • Coordinate with clients to schedule maintenance and repair work on their power generators, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and within schedule.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in power generator technology and maintenance practices.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Relevant technical degree or certification preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with power generators.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical maintenance.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
