This position is for high quality caregivers who have open availability to work with our highest priority clients. If you do not have open availability, please message us your availability after you apply. We will then see if there is a need for those hours. We are very employee oriented, and looking for dedicated individuals who want to grow with our already growing company
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up
- Escort clients to appointments and outings
- Engage in companionship activities and provide emotional support
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
Skills:
- Compassion and empathy for elderly or disabled individuals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Patience and understanding in dealing with clients' needs and limitations
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR
