Requirements

Qualifications You Bring:

• Operational Skills: From forklift operation to EnCircle and Service Fusion proficiency, your operational skills will make a significant impact.
• Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and conflict management are key for success.
• Leadership and Training: Proven leadership experience, a knack for teaching, training, and motivating teams.
• Industry Knowledge and Expertise: Familiarity with restoration industry practices and proficiency in analytics, budgeting, and problem-solving.
• Software Proficiency: Excel, Outlook, Teams, and DocuSketch skills are crucial, and a quick learner of new software.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred: Ideally in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Proven Sales Experience: 5 years of progressive B2B sales experience.
• Industry Experience: Familiarity with commercial cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is desired.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in current business software technologies.
• Excellent Skills: Sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Result-Driven Attitude: Strong business acumen with a process- and results-driven mindset.
