Southwind is an owner of multiple professional home service companies including 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, You Move Me, MVP Electric, DreamLawn and Shack Shine. Southwind is now hiring an experienced in-office talent acquisition specialist for our team. We’re looking for a driven, outgoing, and motivated individual to lead full-cycle recruiting and help us grow our current and future teams.
This position is in office. Not a remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Share our employer brand, career stories and job opportunities online, socially and through traditional recruitment channels.
  • Attract and hire motivated, hardworking, team oriented people to our businesses.
  • Broadcast job postings, build candidate networks and pipelines
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephone and in-person interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and owners across the country.
  • Innovate and share your ideas to improve how we recruit great people.

What you bring:

  • At least 2 years of recruiting and full cycle hiring experience
  • Be knowledgeable about Southwind to effectively recruit skilled individuals who are passionate about our mission
  • Key attributes include being outgoing, innovative, collaborative and self-motivated
  • Driven to work in and contribute to a fast-paced company committed to growth and development of its people.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to generate ongoing pipelines of qualified candidates and adjust to peak hiring times.
