Truck Team Members - Sales, Customer Service, Driver & Labor

• Hiring Immediately for Full-time, Part-Time, Weekends (when necessary). We operate Mon-Sat. Must be available at least 2-shifts per week (shifts are 8-10hrs)
• Pay: $14-$24/hr (all-in with base pay, daily tips, and bonuses).

About the position:

• Each shift starts at our Valparaiso office where you’ll be matched up with your truck team and given your service routes for the day
• You’ll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
• You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities
• Learn valuable customer service and sales experience through our on-the-job training with seasoned Truck Team Members

About you:

• 18 years of age (required for insurance purposes)
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record (past 3 years)
• A positive, friendly attitude & good written and verbal communication skills
• Physically able to lift 50lbs repeatedly
• No experience necessary. However, previous customer service, sales, labor, warehouse, restaurant, hospitality, retail, and/or driving experience a plus!
