• She had a mini-stroke Jan 29, 2024 that affected the right side of her brain, impacting her left side.
Has been diagnosed with COPD and experiences difficulty breathing.
She may require assistance with using her inhaler. She exhibits weakness.
Despite her medical conditions, Dolores remains mostly independent with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
May request caregiver to pick up groceries/run errands for the client
