• Had a heart attack a January 2024 - cognitive heart failure
• She is still mentally sharp, just physically regaining strength
• Able to walk 6 strides with walker, been bed bound mostly recovering from COVID
• She is using a catheter and diapers
• Has rash from diapers, still healing
• Requesting Caregiver to empty bag and dispose in trash
Family requests caregiver to assist with the following:
-personal hygiene, bathing
-transferring assist getting from bed to walker or wheelchair
-supervision for safety and companionship
