We are currently seeking a Software Development Director to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Description:
Responsibilities will include:

- Lead the overall Implementation of large revenue and complex custom services solutions
- Participate with the customer in the strategic business needs into technical systems solutions
- Determine compliance with contract specifications; work to overcome shortfalls and bring programs into contract compliance
- Design quality control and test procedures to ensure deliverables meet established design and performance goals;
- Construct risk assessments and corresponding remediation plans relative to custom solution proposals
- Solutions financial modeling, profit and loss and cash flow development, risk assessment, and partner cost management
- Respond to RFP, RFI, cost model, and solutioning requests
Required Skills:
- Strong experience on various e-commerce tools/products used in areas like content management, search engine, commerce engine, payment system, order management system, digital marketing, product information management
- Exposure to Responsive, Adaptive web development technologies - Experience in large scale application implementation in production
