Commercial lines associate whose primary focus is helping with renewal submissions for commercial lines insurance products that specializes in the trucking insurance industry, and collecting information to process claims for clients with multiple insurance providers. Service provided includes but is not limited to the following: Collecting information and compiling quoting worksheets and applications to obtain quotes for commercial lines products, specifically in the trucking industry. Daily communication through email and/or phone with clients, agents, customer service, underwriting teams, insurance carriers, brokers, claims adjustors and teams, and agency management. Prior insurance experience in the commercial insurance and/or trucking insurance field is preferred. Prior customer service experience is required. Prior claims experience in the trucking industry is preferred. Being detail oriented in writing, math, and excellent communication is required. Willingness to learn daily is a must since trucking & insurance is always evolving. The ability to learn and be proficient in a management system and Microsoft applications is required. Applicant must have strong work ethic and want to work in a detailed oriented position that requires speedy and intense service with clients and claims adjustors. The position is a starting salary based on experience with a negotiable commission structure for renewal submissions. Pay will be based on each individuals experience and expertise. Spanish, Russian speaking or bilingual people are encouraged to apply but it is not required.
