Commercial lines representative that provides customer service for an agency that specializes in trucking insurance. Service provided includes but is not limited to the following: customer service for clients, agents, and account managers. Data entry in agency management system, issuing certificates of insurance, processing endorsements for clients, providing customer service to clients via email or phone, assisting in collecting claim details, willingness to learn daily in the commercial lines and trucking insurance field, daily communication with agents, clients, and agency management and open to getting an insurance license after 3-6 months of on-the-job experience. The ability to learn and be proficient in a management system and Microsoft applications is required. Applicant must have strong work ethic and want to work in detailed oriented position that requires speedy service. Having prior insurance experience in the commercial or trucking field is not required but a preferred. Prior customer service experience is required. Excellent detail in writing and communication is a must, and some math skills is required. Opportunities for advancement are encouraged. Spanish, Russian speaking or bilingual people are encouraged to apply but it is not required. Pay is based on experience and can be negotiated.
