Job Overview:
Feuchtenberger & Associates is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients with inquiries, account changes, and technical support. The position is available as either part-time or full-time, depending on the qualifications of the candidate.
Canidate will be required to obtain insurance licensing prior to start of position in order to effectively service our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide information about products and services
- Process account changes, updates, and payments
- Resolve client complaints in a professional manner
- Assist clients with filing insurance claims
- Offer office support to sales staff
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Bilingual is a plus
- Knowledge of basic insurance products
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Experience with daily problem solving
