Job Description: Project Manager

IMVIZE is a dynamic group of systems and management consultants. Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, the IMVIZE team is a mixture of partially remote and fully remote team members. IMVIZE helps organizations overcome the challenges of HR, Payroll, Time and Labor Management systems implementations and data integrations by providing full service consulting solutions. IMVIZE’s focus is to minimize the disruption of system implementations, engage and empower employees to maximize productivity and accomplish the organization's goals and objectives for their cloud based solutions.

The Project Manager is responsible for maintaining day to day project tasks and follow ups. Works with internal and external implementation teams to capture project progress and set schedules/deadlines for milestones and tasks. Provide project progress reports to clients, and collaborate with internal teams on addressing obstacles or issues that may arise during implementation, to then communicate to the client. Additional responsibilities of the Project Manager are, but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information

Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track

Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing meeting minutes and emails

Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

Assisting Leadership with internal and external projects

Enhance project communication and status with System Analysts

Help mitigate project risks and provide executive level summaries on project status

Ability to think outside the box to address new challenges and meet unexpected customer requests while maintaining the project on track

Collaborate efficiently and consistently with the IMVIZE team to ensure best client experience

Desired Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent or higher
  • Microsoft Suite Experience
  • Google Suite Experience
  • 2-4 years experience working with information technologies and systems analysis
  • Experience with managing projects and delivering strong customer service
  • Preferred but not required: Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Time Keeping systems

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
