Project Manager
Description
Well established Phoenix cabinet company seeks a Project Manager. The ideal candidate must plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors in order to deliver and install projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with field personnel that installation is consistent with schedule.
- Log and monitor all change order Requests.
- Manage all specified submittals and samples.
- Plan, organize and supervise essential field positions.
- Ensure compliance with all design and material specifications.
Perform proper material takeoff and field measurement.
- Ensure quality control of work both in manufacturing and job site.
- Manage the coordination of daily construction activity.
- Document and communicate effectively with jobsite superintendents and home owners.
Job Qualifications:
- Relevant work experience in Project Management for residential millwork or cabinet company.
- 3 to 5 years experience in Project Management for Residential millwork or cabinet company.
- Must be organized and able to document and retrieve critical information at a moments notice.
- Have knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
- Read and understand blueprints and specs.
- Develop and maintain job costs, project budget and schedules.
- Strong time management skills and be comfortable with a deadline driven schedule.
- Proven leadership ability with high professional and ethical standards.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Salary: $65,000-$75,000 DOE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
