• Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage customer expectations
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple jobs or service calls at once
• Great teammate and team player
• Working knowledge of field service scheduling technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Technical product aptitude (Commercial plumbing and HVAC experience)
• Controls and electrical experience are a plus
• Accurate, timely and thorough data entry and documentation
• Prior experience in a field technician role
