Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will assist in food preparation, handling, and service in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Duties:
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, equipment, and utensils
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely production and delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with banquet or hotel event preparations as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills to effectively work as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
